The short version

We collect your email so we can tell you when Stubborn launches (and invite you to the beta if you ask).
We never sell or rent your data.
You can unsubscribe from any email, and ask us to delete everything, anytime.
When the app launches, your to-do list stays on your phone. It isn't sent to us.

What we collect when you join the waitlist

We don't ask for your name, phone number or location.

What your browser stores

After you join, this site saves your referral code and place in line in your browser's local storage, so it can show them when you come back. It stays on your device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Services we use

A few trusted providers process data on our behalf, only to run the waitlist:

Supabase: stores the waitlist (email, referral details, beta choice).
Loops: sends our emails. Loops delivers them through Amazon Web Services.
Cloudflare: hosts this website and forwards emails sent to [email protected]. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

These providers may process data outside your country. They're required to protect it and may only use it to provide their service to us.

Emails

You'll get one welcome email when you join, then occasional updates about Stubborn (launch, beta). Every update has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops emails straight away.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until Stubborn launches and the waitlist has served its purpose, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to us using it. Just email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we'll handle it within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The waitlist isn't meant for anyone under 16. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll email waitlist members.
